Is the 2017 release of Adobe Captivate available for Mac OS? Pricing and purchasing information. How much does a new license for the 2017 release of Adobe Captivate? Is there a price discount if I already own Adobe Captivate or Adobe Presenter or Adobe Presenter Video Express and want to subscribe to the latest version?

Thanks v much for this but unfortunately it has not fully resolved the issue.
I did find the fix via an Adobe forum, that enabled me to install the add-in (by the way I mislabelled it as a plug-in but I gather that the Presenter package is generally described as an add-in: not sure I understand the difference).
Anyway, Adobe Presenter installed OK but then when I tried to use it I got a further error message saying that the add-in did not conform with a feature of the current Powerpoint version I am using (conflict with a Data Execution Protection mode, though I do not know what this actually means).
All in all it is too buggy for me. I don't have huge amounts of time to sort this out, and I do have other ways to achieve what I want to do, so I will shelve this for the time being. It is clear that this is not a Parallels generated issue. I think it is a shortfall in specification/updating between Adobe, Windows 7, and MS Office14 (Office 2010). Incidentally, I had already installed a standard version of Powerpoint rather than the virtualised version, but this makes no difference.
If I need to, I will come back to this when later versions of Powerpoint, Windows and Adobe Presenter are more manifestly mutually compatible. For the moment it will not work for me, and does not look as if it would unless I devoted much more time to checking settings, updates, specs and the like than I have available. I am an academic not a technical specialist and want to use these packages to get on with my work, rather than explore them for their own sake. I hate to say it but this is why I try to use Mac based software whenever possible as I don't get these problems (sadly Adobe is not making Presenter available in a Mac version)
But thanks for the help, which is appreciated
